Dalila Seruntine is a singer and songwriter born In New Orleans, La and is of Nicaraguan Decent, her hispanic heritage can be traced at least 4 generations through both of her parents.
Her musical Roots go deep her Grandmother was an accomplished skilled opera singer who sang for the President of Nicaragua and other notibles in her day. Her great uncles were Musicians and were also music educators in Nicaragua.
Dalila grew up being inspired and intrigued with The city of New Orleans, the French Quarter, and the diversity of music that came from the City. Most notable the genres of hip hop, neo soul, jazz, Rnb, pop, latin music, soul music, and various powerhouse vocalist's.
Dalila released her first official single called "Selah" in March of 2020
She is in the process of developing her sound and skills as a songwriter. Dalila is an artist Propelled by her Christian faith and genuine desire to move within the music industry with authenticity not with the goal of "product" mind sets, but one of purity of message and thinking out the box of any particular genre and or formula.
