The heart and inspiration behind Joy of Life Productions is founder Dalila Seruntine ( Da Lee la ), who has spent more than 15 years in the arts & corporate entertainment industry. Her own "joy of life" is connecting New Orleans music artists and creatives with the connections that she has made via her own career. 

Dalila has been a vocalist for 15 years, and she is proud to work as a booking agent for some of the most talented local musicians for hire in the greater New Orleans area. Alongside her husband Tony Seruntine, she is band owner of Groovy 7, a nationally recognized New Orleans corporate band. For more than 12 years, she has occupied the role of band leader, vocalist, booking agent, and entertainment manager.

Through Groovy 7's affiliation with the New Orleans Mardi Gras super krewe and social organization known as Krewe of Endymion, the band has opened for national artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Chicago, Lionel Ritchie, KISS, Rod Stewart, and was granted the opportunity to share the same bill with Flo Rider and Pitbull! 

In 2014, Groovy 7 caught the attention of director Andrew Flemming and the band recorded 2 songs for the movie Barefoot, featuring vocals from Dalila Seruntine. She and Groovy 7 also made a cameo in the film performing as themselves!
